The George Hotel offers 19 rooms spread over four floors in a Grade II listed building. Rooms include a double bed and two single beds, or four single beds, all with en suite shower facilities. Each room has a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms on the fourth floor share bathroom facilities and are not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to no elevator access.

The hotel bar serves draft ales, wines, spirits, and fresh ground coffee. Sky Sports and BT Sport are shown on large screens. A cooked breakfast is included with room rates, featuring hot items, cereals, toast, juice, tea, and coffee. A carvery is available every Sunday.
